SHIPPING

Sapori Stationery ships domestically and internationally. We do search for the lowest possible shipping cost unless another is requested by the customer. Orders are shipped within 1-3 days of initial processing.

SALES TAX

We are required to charge sales tax for orders made in the state of Indiana. Items sold outside the state of Indiana will not be charged sales tax.

REFUNDS

We do not accept returned items unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt of product AND they must be returned within 14 days of ship date. We do not refund shipping costs. We do not pay for return shipping. Payments will be refunded once we receive the item(s). We do not do exchanges.
